We are currently experiencing an intermittent network outage in our data center located in Germany. Our bandwidth provider in the UK appears to be experimenting a major outage at the moment, as a result our services based in the UK are unreachable until resolution. Our engineers are actively investigating this incident and expect to have a resolution in place as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you about an upcoming network maintenance affecting our data-center based in Chicago, IL. Due to some connectivity between our main game panel and Dallas, TX location you may see your server status as "unknown" if it is located in Dallas.

Battlelog is curently having issues where your server may not be listed or its stats may not be updated live. A few machines located in Chicago, IL are unresponsive due to a network outage. Please hold on while we investigate. Network engineers are working on it. We are experiencing some issues on one of the machines hosting the Dallas based Team Speak 3 servers.

We are currently experience a network issue towards our Chicago datacenter, we are trying to resolve this with the highest priority possible. Dear Customers, After the weekly operating system updates were applied this evening, some of our machines have reported being unable to establish a connection to our master Game Panel software.

This is resulting in services hosted on those particular machines as showing up as "Unknown" via the Game Panel. We are aware of this issue and are currently investigating this problem. This has been resolved, during the outage DNS related services were affected as well as servers located in Chicago, IL. We will continue to monitor this situation, the null route may remain in place for up to 4 hours.

The below Ip range is affected: All servers are back online with the exception of the below IPs, we are currently monitoring the situation very closely and will resolve the remaining issue as soon as possible. A maintenance in our Stockholm, SE data-center is going to be carried out during the below time frame. This maintenance will further increase resilience towards our hardware.

All affected clients have been contacted in a seperate e-mail. Work has been done to ensure that this is handled as seamlessly as possible as well as having minimal effect on all affected clients.

A crash earlier this week appears to have possibly caused some table corruption and is resulting in recurring crashes on a regular basis. Dear Clients, After the scheduled maintenance earlier this morning, two of the machines which were affected have some outstanding problems.

Our team is currently investigating this and should have this rectified shortly. We will have this addressed as quickly as possible to ensure the downtime is minimal.
